“Helens massages and exercise advice helped immensely with my rehabilitation following surgery on my broken hip as well as my aching shoulders from using crutches. The lymphatic drainage was amazing in reducing my swollen foot. I can highly recommend her. ”

Sue Jackson-Pike, Nymet Roland, Devon

“On a recent trip to visit a friend, I was aching after what felt like an eternity of driving and Helen's massages were recommended to me - not only was it the perfect antidote for my aching back and shoulders, I also slept like a log too. Thank you Helen, I will be seeing you again next time I visit!”

Suzanne Dando, former Olympic Gymnast

“After exercise I find Helens full range of massage techniques are both revitalising and soothing with enough pressure and energy to release tired muscles and limbs. Helen easily identifies problem areas to work on. I’d certainly recommend her to anyone and already have.”

Steve Wraith , Grimsby Town Football Club
